Exchange Policy – Naqsh by Anika

At Naqsh by Anika, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange policy under the following conditions:

1. Article Exchange

You may exchange an item for another article of equal or higher value (by paying the difference).

The exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.


2. Size Exchange

If the size you ordered does not fit, you may exchange it for a different size (subject to availability).

The request must be made within 14 of delivery.


3. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

Exchanges are only applicable for size or article changes.


4. Exchange Process

Once approved, you will need to send the item back to us at your own cost.

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the exchange.
